Here you will learn to identify and honor your inner food guide and break through emotional eating habits. Participants in this group may struggle with overeating, bulimia, compulsive overeating, binging, yo-yo dieting, night-time binging. People who struggle with overeating come in all shapes and sizes...and all shapes/sizes are welcome here. This is an intuitive (non-diet) approach to hunger balancing and weight management
